1994. The whole house was asleep. Only the old TV set was still awake.
So much time in front of the screen finally made our hero's mind collapse. Now he is trapped deep inside his own pixelated subconscious, and your mission is to take control and guide him to the exit... if there is a way out at all.
The door is locked, the key is hidden and the zombies have already heard you coming. Will you take the challenge or stay trapped forever?
Every run generates a brand new maze in real time. Forget memorizing paths: it is all about reflexes and reading corridors fast.
Each level you clear unlocks a bigger one. Pick one of five difficulties to set the darkness, how tough the zombies are and how much XP you earn.
Knock zombies back with your shovel, dig up buried treasure, blast them with the space gun and sprint when things get ugly.
Franky, Dracky and the Mummy show up mid-level and hunt you nonstop. Each one plays by its own rules.
Earn XP to upgrade health, energy, sprint, shovel, space gun and pockets. Spend roblons at Stan's shop on gadgets of dubious construction.
Replay any level to smash your best time, climb the global leaderboards and unlock achievements with Google Play Games.
Every level follows the same loop: get in, grab the key, get out alive. Here is what you need to know before your first run.
Every level is a new maze. The key is hidden in the farthest dead end.
Zombies drain your health and it does not come back on its own. Energy powers your sprint and shovel, and what you spend is gone until the next level.
Each maze has four zombie nests releasing a new zombie every few seconds. Only the shovel destroys them, and sealing them early calms the whole level.
Carry the key to the door. Your XP and roblons are only paid when you cross it: die on the way and you lose them, unless you revive.
Equipped from the start. It hits the zombies in front of you and knocks them back, destroys nests and digs up buried treasure. Every swing costs energy.
Find ammo in chests to borrow it for one level, or unlock it in the skill tree to start every level armed. It aims on its own at the nearest visible zombie.
Hold the sprint button to run faster. It drains energy, and if you run the bar dry you have to recover a bit before sprinting again.
Besides the zombies, every maze hides three unique enemies. They are not there at the start: they show up a while later, far from you, and from then on they chase you nonstop. The pig does not distract them.
His punches take a big chunk of your max health and the shovel does not move him. He takes as much as ten zombies, but the shovel and the gun can bring him down, and he pays XP and roblons.
He hurts you on touch and neither shovel nor bullets can harm him, though a shovel hit knocks him away. Eat some garlic and he will not dare come close.
She does not hurt you, but her bandages leave you walking only: no running, no sprinting. A shovel hit stuns her, and the anti-mummy amulet keeps her at bay.
Chests open on their own when you get close and may hold a roblon, ammo or nothing. Treasures are buried: stand on one and dig with the shovel.
Kill zombies and Franky, seal nests and clear levels to earn XP. Enough XP gives you a point to spend in SKILLS: health, energy, sprint, shovel, space gun and pockets.
Spend roblons on consumables and pick them before each run on the EQUIP screen. Buy several of the same item at once and Stan gives you a bulk discount.
Difficulty sets the darkness, how tough the zombies and nests are, and how much XP you earn. Every level has its own big first-clear reward on each difficulty.
Yes, it is free to download and play. It shows ads (for example, your first revive is earned by watching one) and offers optional roblon packs. Roblons can also be earned just by playing.

Never. Every maze is generated from scratch each time you play, so memorizing paths will not help: reading corridors will.
The run ends and you lose the XP and roblons collected in it, unless you revive. The first revive is free by watching an ad; the next ones cost 10, 20 and 40 roblons, and the price keeps doubling. You get a few seconds of invulnerability, but a revived run does not set a record.
They are the game currency. You find them in chests, buried treasures and by defeating Franky, and you spend them on consumables at Stan's shop, on revives and on resetting your skill points.
No, they are unkillable. A shovel hit buys you a breather, and garlic (Dracky) or the anti-mummy amulet (the Mummy) keeps them at bay for a minute. Franky, on the other hand, can be killed.
The harder you play, the more XP you earn. Each level has a big first-clear reward on every difficulty, and replaying a level you already cleared pays much less. Start where you feel comfortable and push up when you can.
No. A consumable is only spent when you use it during a run. If you die or quit without using it, it stays in your inventory.
