Terms of Service

Welcome to AmazeMe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RennMoon ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the AmazeMe mobile application ("the Game" or "the Application").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing AmazeMe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the Application.

2. License and Permitted Use

RennMoon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play AmazeMe on compatible Android devices under your personal control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based upon the Application.
  • Exploit the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from RennMoon.

3. Google Play Services & Cloud Synchronization

AmazeMe integrates Google Play Games Services (provided by Google LLC) to provide features such as cloud-saved games (Saved Games), player authentication, and achievements.

  • Google Account: Using cloud synchronization requires an active Google Play Games account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials.
  • Third-Party Terms: Your use of Google Play Services is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's respective policies.
  • Synchronization Availability: While we strive for seamless synchronization of game progress across devices, RennMoon is not liable for data loss caused by network failures, conflicts, or third-party outages.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to AmazeMe—including but not limited to game designs, maze layouts, graphics, artwork, animations, sounds, music, user interface designs, code, and trade names—are the exclusive intellectual property of RennMoon and its licensors.

In-game achievements, unlocked levels, scores, or virtual progression remain part of the Game and carry no real-world monetary value.

5. Fair Play and User Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all players, you agree not to:

  • Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to alter the gameplay experience.
  • Tamper with save files, data packets, leaderboards, or game mechanics.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or interfere with the proper functioning of the Game.

6. Updates and Service Availability

RennMoon reserves the right to modify, update, patch, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required to continue playing the Game on supported Android operating system versions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AmazeMe is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RennMoon disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RennMoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, loss of device functionality, or gameplay interruption) arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Game.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Game following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
